You get the source files, not only the result
You get mp4, png, srt and the underlying assets included in the delivery. You get your Brand DNA as an object you can take with you, and you get the recipe — the means of remaking the reel with new material.
None of it stops working because you cancel your subscription. We do not withdraw a licence.
What we cannot promise
We cannot promise you more ownership than the supplier chain allows. Content is made with models from other companies, and the legal position around AI-generated material is unsettled — in Sweden and in the EU alike.
Concretely that means three things. We cannot guarantee that AI-generated material can be copyrighted at all. We cannot guarantee that a generation does not resemble something that already exists. And we cannot guarantee that your use does not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights.
We say it plainly rather than burying it in a subclause, because a promise of ownership that cannot survive a follow-up question is worse than no promise.
What we do with your material
Your uploaded material and your Brand DNA are used to make your content. We do not train models on it and we do not sell it on.
We do not use your content as a reference in our own marketing without asking you first.
Which models made what
Every delivery carries a record of which model actually produced each part. It is in the receipt and travels with the files.
The reason is simple: owning something presupposes knowing what it is made of.
