Who is responsible
Adcraft is the controller for data about you as a user. Contact: hej@adcraft.se.
For personal data contained in material you upload — pictures of people, for instance — you are the controller and we are the processor.
What we process
While the service is being built we process as little as possible:
- Addresses you paste into the free sample, and what we read from them. No login is required and no IP address is stored.
- Material you upload, until you or we delete it.
- Email address and account details once accounts exist.
- Technical operational data from our provider, so faults can be found.
Where the data sits
The database is within the EU. Files are stored with Amazon Web Services in Stockholm (eu-north-1).
To create voice, music, images and video, material is sent to model providers that may sit outside the EU. We choose providers that do not train on submitted material, but the transfer happens and you should know about it.
For how long
Harvests made without an account are deleted on a rolling basis. Material and deliveries are kept as long as the account exists, and deleted on request.
Accounting records are kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires, once payments exist.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to the processing and to receive your data in a readable format.
