Terms and policy

Content policy

What you may make with Adcraft, and above all what you may not.

AI labelling is your responsibility

Content from Adcraft is created wholly or partly with AI. The EU requires such content to be labelled, and the requirements are stricter here than in the UK or the US. Platforms have labelling rules of their own on top of that.

We cannot label on your behalf, because the label belongs where the content is published. Making sure it is there is your responsibility.

Real people require documented consent

You may not create content showing or sounding like a real person without that person's prior written agreement. This covers face, voice and other recognisable traits.

It applies without exception to public figures, politicians, celebrities and competitors. It applies equally to your own staff and colleagues — employment is not consent.

Voice clones are made only from voices you have the right to clone, and we may ask to see the consent.

Not permitted

The following is prohibited and leads to suspension without refund:

  • Content presented as coming from another person, authority or organisation.
  • Invented news, invented reviews or invented endorsements presented as genuine.
  • Content showing real people in sexual, degrading or criminal contexts.
  • Material aimed at private individuals for the purpose of harassment.
  • Content that breaks Swedish law or platform rules.

We do not review everything in advance

Adcraft does not review every render before it is made. The fact that something could be produced therefore does not mean it is permitted — the responsibility sits with you as the one ordering it.

We can suspend accounts afterwards, and we do so without negotiation when this page has been broken.
